The Allianz Landlord Insurance product provides insurance for property investors through a range of covers and benefits, including:

• Accidental loss or damage cover for buildings and contents (except where loss or damage is caused by tenants – which is an optional cover);
• Up to $1,000 for damage by pets owned by tenants; and
• Up to $10,000 landlord’s contents cover provided automatically when Buildings cover only is taken out.
